PJP Rubber was established in 1992,
and specialises in supplying high quality, durable rubber slabs for use in stables and other animal enclosures. All our products are British made from 100% recycled rubber.
We feel that these slabs, which are our own perfected design, are
one of the best on the market, and are probably the only slabs which are designed especially as a full bedding system for horse stables. They may not be cheap to start with, but will save many hours in mucking out time over their long life time. They will also aid recovery from injury, are always non-slip and save on horse shoe wear.
 Horses with allergies, mainly
due to the dust in many types of bedding, still require a non slip floor
covering in their stable, laying on a wet cold concrete floor is not
suitable. The type of rubber slabs we supply, are suitable for use without any other form of bedding.
The British manufacturers who produce the slabs for us, are involved in the complete process, from
recycled tyre granulate, to the delivery of the finished product. Apart from the special slabs the manufacturers produce for us, they
produce other products which we also supply such as safety play mats and
all grades of loose granulate rubber.
Loose crumb rubber, this is the granuled rubber before it is
rebonded, again with all the other rubber products they have many uses, but mainly sold to be mixed with sand, or laid as a top dressing for horse sand
schools, lunge rings, walkers etc. In the past we have sold slabs and loose crumb for the above, but also for play areas, non slip paths, woodland walkways and garden
dressings.

free. The crumb or granulate can be supplied in a
number of grades, but mainly 1-3mm as used in our slabs, 2-8mm or
15/20mm chunky which is used as a sand dressing.
We have also supplied rubber slabs for many other uses, their application is endless, slabs can be supplied in thickness from
20mm to 90mm in
black, red or green standard colours.
Also special colour fleck and colour
inserts.
